I am currently part of the Solution Architecture and Engineering team at NVIDIA where I focus on Optimizing Deep Learning Training and Inference workflows within Healthcare. I have a PhD in Biomedical Engineering with expertise in medical imaging, machine/deep learning, computer vision techniques, image and time-series analysis.

  • Paper titled Federated learning for predicting clinical outcomes in patients with COVID-19 published in Nature Medicine.

  • Paper titled The Power of Proxy Data and Proxy Networks for Hyper-Parameter Optimization in Medical Image Segmentation published & presented at MICCAI conference.

April

  • Paper titled Large-scale nonlinear Granger causality for inferring directed dependence from short multivariate time-series data accepted for publication at Nature Scientific Reports.

2020

August

  • Presented a follow-up webinar on Inference Optimization. Talk was titled Deeper Dive into TensorRT and TRITON. I demo the usage of these tools and how you can use them to integrate into your application(s). The codes/notebooks used are available in this repo.

May

  • Worked on Quickstart guide for Clara Train SDK in a Highly available and scalable configuration on AWS cloud. Try it out and get going with Clara! Work done in collaboration with the fantastic AWS team!

  • I moved to the Greater NY area
